6 satellites towns with 100.000 habitants are situated at 50 km around the main city, relied with Maglev (Magnetic Levitation) in 16 minutes .
Six satellite towns, each with 100,000 inhabitants, are situated 50 km around the main city. They are connected by Maglev 430 km h trains with a travel time of 16 minutes.
The global population of 12 million inhabitants forms a state shaped as an equilateral triangle, consisting of three cities with their 18 satellite towns, three airports, and a central energy plant.
Within a city, any door to door destination can be reached in under 30 minutes.
Within the state, any journey between two buildings takes less than 2 hours.
Orasul ideal pentru mileniul trei
Raza exterioară a orașului:- 7 km
Populație totală:- 2,5–3,5 milioane de locuitori
Suprafața totală a orașului:- 153 km²
Parcul central:- 3,14 km²
– -Suprafața totală a parcurilor:- 25 km²

A wild forest runs through the city from three directions, allowing animals to move from one side of the city to the other. The city is surrounded on three sides by a wild forest, which allows animals to move from one part of the city to another. This forest will be crossed exclusively via underground passages, which will allow animals to move freely without ever encountering a person or a vehicle.
Ce are Orașul Ideal pentru Mileniul Trei (O.I.M.3) total nou față de orice alt oraș din istoria umanității ?
What does the Ideal City for the Third Millennium (IC.3M) have that is entirely new compared to any other city in human history ?
- 1. The city is traversed from three directions by a wild forest, which allows animals to pass from one side of the city to the other.
- 2. An initial* MagLev transport system with speeds between 75 and 420 km/h, providing access to a station within a 5-minute walk and coverage of the longest possible distances in under 16 minutes. (*-built before the construction of buildings)
- 3. A set-in-stone urban plan that positions essential services from the start, offering exclusively residential neighborhoods of up to G or G+3 with huge gardens, mixed-use neighborhoods of G+4-17, 24/7 recreation zones (with no noise limits), and dedicated administrative areas. Modifying this urban master plan will require a referendum with a minimum turnout of 75% of residents voting in favor.
- 4. It will features the largest central park and the highest proportion of green spaces versus built-up and traffic areas.
- 5. It will have the largest adjacent industrial zone located in the outer ring.
- 6. It will feature an inner ring with no urban planning regulations, allowing architects’ wildest dreams to come to life (if they they secure funding). Buildings 3 km high or floating office spaces—anything will be permitted, enabling utopian designs to be tested in practice.
- 7. It will have three corridors measuring 70–150 m in width and 6 km in length, dedicated exclusively to pedestrians, entertainment and shoping. A star-shaped Champs-Élysées running from the center out to the outer boundary. This eliminates space scarcity and inflated prices typical of historical city centers.

The MagLev network will form an equilateral triangle structure with 750 m sides. Stations will enable vertical transfers between the three directions of travel. Trains will stop at stations on a bypass track, allowing an ideal maximum speed of 420 km/h for a carriage traveling the maximum distance of 16 km. Realistically, average speeds will range between 75 and 160 km/h.
In practice, a passenger will select their destination upfront and wait for a carriage heading between those two points along a single direction. In the worst-case scenario, the passenger will only need to transfer once, stepping off to catch a single connecting train.
Someone ordering a pizza from the opposite end of the city will experience a MagLev transport time of around 16 minutes plus a 375 m walk to the station—or 16 minutes plus 5 minutes via a delivery robot for that final 375 m stretch if they prefer not to step outside at all. Goodbye to grueling delivery jobs.
